Just a short note to wish you all a Merry Christmas a Happy New Year and enjoy the holidays!
Archive for the “General” CategoryThe latest Zoom magazine has a quarter page write up on the new Microtech EFI website. Looks pretty good in print! (If I do say so myself!) Went to the movies for the first time in a long time over the Easter weekend. My wife and I went and saw the World’s Fastest Indian. We both enjoyed it. It’s always good to find a revhead movie that appeals to the wife! My favorite scene was on the salt flats. The soundtrack of the cars through the sound system at the movies was worth the price of admission. Add to that cool things like watching the main character make his own pistons in his shed. Only problem with the movie was the poor New Zealand accent by Anthony Hopkins. Not quite there. Mind you I haven’t heard the real Burt Munro, so it may be spot on. Anyway I would recommend it for both the revhead content and the enjoyable storyline. Got some news from Dale at Castle Hill Exhaust: CMY-20T (An S14, powered by a twin cam RB30) did the Calder Park quarter mile in 10.5 @ 140mph. Tuned by Dale and managed by MicroTech this makes for one quick Nissan!

The new site IMHO is a lot easier to use and with the inclusion of the web forums it will provide more help and information to MicroTech users and potential customers. So if you are a MicroTech user or are interested in becoming one, visit the only Authorised and Official MicroTech web site. Leave a comment and let me know what you think. |
